Opening Assessment

Each participant completes The Neurozone® Personal Assessment receives a Personal Report with their baseline score and specific behaviors to strengthen.

Three Journey Sessions

Structured group sessions integrating neuroscience, facilitation, and coaching. Participants apply their insights and make personal behaviour commitments.

Closing Assessment

Participants complete The Neurozone® Resilience Index 3 minute assessment within the final session. Certificates are generated on completion.
